Mango ginger (Curcuma amada Roxb.) is a unique spice having morphological resemblance with ginger but imparts a raw mango flavour. The main use of mango ginger rhizome is in the manufacture of pickles and culinary preparations. Mango Ginger, called Amada in Bengali, is pale yellow on the inside with even lighter colour outside and when crushed, smells like raw Mangoes. This makes it a basic ingredient in pickles, preserves, candies, sauces and chops. It also has medicinal properties.It works as an antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant.

Delay in Delivery

While the one product i received was in a good condition and received it on time, the rest of my items were never dispatched as mentioned in the website which was supposed to be within 2 days.
I would strongly suggest to take off those items from the website if it's not available or at least keep us informed if items are going to be delivered late.
Constant follow ups are necessary to check the delivery status which is quiet frustrating.
