1. Can you return plants? No.

Hug A Plant does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Note : Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state  In transport due to lack of sunlight and water the plant get dull or leaf drop may happen.  it regains its strength and gets back to healthy condition with your care

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 24 hours after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.

2. Can you return non-plant products? Yes.

If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state We take great care selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products . Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

3. Can you return OR  Cancel the Customized orders?

Regrettably, once customized orders, such as artificial lawn grass or personalized pots, have been dispatched or are in the process of being prepared for shipment, they are no longer eligible for cancellation. We kindly request your understanding of this policy.

 4. What is the maximum Dispatch Time & Cancellation ?

Our objective is to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However, please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as third-party shipping carriers, pickup limitations, and high sales volumes, may result in shipping delays.

For non-customized orders, the maximum anticipated delivery time is 14 days.

Customized orders may have a maximum dispatch time of 30 days.

For Pre-Order Items may take upto 45 Days 

In the event that a product is unavailable in our inventory, we will reach out to you for confirmation. It's worth noting that certain products, such as plants and pots, may be susceptible to damage caused by various natural factors, which could lead to unforeseen delays outside of our control.

If you dislike the product received, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:

1.You can return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date
2.We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product
3.You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.

5. Other Cancellation Reason

At, in the event of a pricing error or item price mismatch, we reserve the right to cancel affected items from orders. If such discrepancies arise, customers will be promptly notified, and any payments made for the affected items will be refunded using the original method of payment. Our commitment is to maintain transparent communication and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This policy is subject to periodic review and updates.
